Hulk Hogan Returning to WWE

HulkamaniaWWF Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan is reportedly returning to WWE, and will appear at the WWE Raw in Green Bay on February 24th. What exactly Hogan will be doing isn’t clear.

Hulk Hogan recently filed a lawsuit against the tabloid website Gawker after the site released an article and short video clip of Hogan and the wife of Bubba the Love Sponge having sex. Although the video was grainy and less than two minutes long, it was easy to tell that the man in the video was Hogan.

Hogan also filed a lawsuit against Clem, claiming he secretly video taped Hogan and his wife having sex, and that Hogan did not agree to it. Clem was also accused of turning the tape over to Gawker, and the clip became a part of both lawsuits.

Gawker has now filed a lawsuit against Hogan and is demanding that he and his attorneys turn over any emails between Hogan, his lawyer, and his publicist. The lawsuit specifically asks for emails related to Hogan’s October 2012 appearances with Howard Stern and Piers Morgan, and interviews done with the Today show and USA Today.

Gawker is likely trying to convince the court that Hogan was aware he was being videotaped and that all three parties, Hogan, Heather Clem and Bubba Clem, agreed to film and participate in the video. The court date for this charge is March 3, 2014.
