Standard Delivery (Under $70.00): Standard delivery is free and shipped via untracked first class Canada Post lettermail envelope.
Express Delivery (Over $70.00): Express delivery is always free for any order amount over $70 and will include tracking information via Canada Post.
Orders are generally shipped 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary by region:
Canada: 1-10 business days for delivery
USA: 10-20 business days for delivery
Internationally: 10-30 business days for delivery
Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, please give extra time for delivery. Exceptions apply to certain rural areas based on geographic location and environmental factors such as weather.
We work with Canada Post to complete our deliveries. The shipping carrier and method will be confirmed and indicated to you when you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive your order in your mailbox so make sure you provide your full correct address details. Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address once your order has been processed. If you notice that the address is wrong, you should contact us right away.
