Hulk Hogan: ‘Bubba you’re not filming this are you?’

hulk_hogan_2012Hulk Hogan was back in a Florida court Tuesday, taking questions on the witness stand to support his privacy lawsuit against Gawker for posting an excerpt of a sex tape involving him and Heather Clem.

Gawker is attempting to establish Hogan invited attention toward supposedly private matters and hardly objected when the media followed suit. Hogan says he “didn’t have a problem” with TMZ writing about the sex tape despite at least one colleague in the wrestling industry who was telling him at the time that it was beneath him to give them an interview. Hogan also discussed a radio interview with Bubba the Love Sponge where the length of his penis came up.

Hogan said that when he said it was 10 inches, that was for his Hulk character. “Terry Bollea’s penis is not 10 inches.”

Hogan also had to address his interview with Howard Stern. Hogan says that in going on Stern’s show, “You have to take the good with the bad,” and when the sex tape came up, he wasn’t happy, but “I was on an entertainment show and I had to be an entertainer, so I just kept going.”

Sullivan asks, “At no point did you tell Stern this was an invasion of privacy?”

“I didn’t want to bring Terry Bollea the man into the conversation,” Hogan answered, explaining that he understands that although he was there on Stern’s show to promote a wrestling event, he understood the host would be touching on other issues. “That’s standard protocol,” he says. “The publicist would address it with Howard. I wouldn’t.”

Hogan testified that when he and Heather eventually did have sex, Bubba the Love Sponge handed Hogan a condom. Hogan said he felt something was wrong, and he asked if they were being taped. He said Bubba denied it.

“It was so weird and so crazy, my gut was telling me that this was off, this was wrong” Hogan testified. “From the feeling that I had, I said, ‘Bubba you’re not filming this are you?’…he lashed into me.”

He described Bubba the Love Sponge– the character– as “arrogant, cocky, nasty to people on the phone.” However he said, for a long time, the person behind the radio personality a close friend.

“We became so close that we started training every day together,” he said.

Hulk Hogan rejects Howard Stern’s invitation

Hulk Hogan doesn’t want or need Howard Stern to act as peacemaker in his ongoing sex-tape litigation with former best friend Bubba the Love Sponge Clem.

Hogans lawyer declined an invitation from Stern to have the wrestling star and Bubba together on his popular SiriusXM radio show so Stern could talk Hogan into dropping his invasion-of-privacy lawsuit against the Tampa shock jock and his ex-wife Heather Clem.

“Absolutely not. It’s not going to happen,” Hogan’s lawyer David Houston said. “I appreciate Howard Stern’s offer. I know it has entertainment value, but this isn’t entertainment. We’re dealing with some drastic consequences in my client’s life.”

Houston added that a settlement with the Clems might be possible in the future, but that Bubba and his legal team failed to provide satisfactory answers about the tape’s origins and security leading up to their legal filing Monday.

“We appreciate Howard Sterns’ recommendation and insight, and certainly resolution is never anything to be avoided if a settlement is possible. However, under the current situation, we have a client who has been damaged, and as such, we have to pursue our legal remedies until we arrive at a point where we truly understand the actions of all players,” Houston said.

“Once that happens, the idea of resolution is never off the table,” he said.

Heather Clem caught on tape with multiple men?

Hulk Hogan isn’t the only guy who was caught on tape with Bubba the Love Sponge’s former wife … TMZ has learned there are multiple tapes … with multiple men … in the same exact bed.

TMZ has seen three additional sex tapes featuring Heather Clem with other men — shot while she was married to Bubba — and in one of the tapes, she even walks up to the camera to double-check that it’s recording.

In the footage, she tells her mystery partner — neither Bubba nor Hulk — “Is this thing recording? Okay, not that I don’t trust you but I will get in trouble if it doesn’t.”

The insinuation — Heather and Bubba had some kind of agreement in which Heather was allowed to screw other men … as long as she recorded it.

As for the other two new tapes — they were both shot in the exact same style as the Hulk tape … in Bubba’s bedroom with an overhead surveillance-type camera. It’s unclear if the two men in those tapes knew if they were being recorded.

But as we previously reported, both Bubba AND Heather were aware of the surveillance camera set-up in the bedroom — and were captured on tape joking about selling the Hogan footage for big money.

TMZ reached out to Heather and Bubba for comment — no word back.

Howard Stern: Hogan drop the lawsuit against Bubba the Love Sponge

Howard Stern wants the lawsuit against Bubba the Love Sponge dropped, saying that Hulk Hogan knew a sex tape was being made with Heather Clem.

“I’m getting you out of this lawsuit,” Stern told Bubba Clem on his SiriusXM show Wednesday.

“I will get Hogan and Bubba together. I think what Bubba is saying is making a lot of sense. I think if Hogan could hear it and I can translate a little bit and calm everyone down, I think we could see through this …I think I can get Hulk Hogan to take you out of this lawsuit.”

However, Hogan and his legal team disagrees. One of Hogan’s lawyers, David Houston told the Daily News:

“This is not the Bubba Show, it’s litigation. Thanks to Bubba for making our case against him better. We look forward to seeing him in court. At that time it will not be a runaway rant. His time is coming.”

Hogan and Bubba the Love Sponge have been battling it out ever since it was revealed that he not only knew about the sex tape with Heather Clem, but he had also taped himself saying it would be worth big bucks. Since they are no longer friends, Bubba has been calling Hogan a “hypocritical fraud” on the radio. He insists he is innocent, although the voice on the videotape proves otherwise.

Did Bubba leak the Hulk Hogan Sex Tape?

Yesterday Howard Stern sounded convinced that Bubba the Love Sponge was the one who leaked the Hulk Hogan sex tape to Gawker.

TMZ has seen the last few minutes of Hulk’s leaked sex tape in which he bangs Bubba’s wife Heather Clem. It’s very clear Bubba was in on it. Moments after the deed is done and Hulk leaves, Bubba says to his wife, “If we ever did want to retire, all we’d have to do is use this footage.”

His wife shoots back, “You’d never do that.” Bubba then tries to recover, saying, “I wouldn’t do that, you’d be the biggest rat, you’d be dead.”

Today an attorney for Hogan filed legal papers at the Clearwater Police Department, asking detectives to help track down the culprit who invaded the 59 year old’s privacy and recorded him without permission. Hulk said, “It’s appalling. It’s flipped my life totally upside down… Jennifer is rattled, to say the least. She’s not part of this media life. It’s something devastating to me, I’ve never been through anything on this level.”l.”

Kurt Angle tells all on Bubba The Love Sponge

He said she (they NEVER mentioned Rhaka by name) moved in and then changed her mailing address to his house to establish residency.
He said she wanted an engagement ring.
He said she tried to extort “lots of money” (Bubba said 50-thousand, but Angle didn’t say anything about an amount) and threatened to ruin his life and career.
He said he was afraid of her (didn’t specify in what way he was afraid of her—physically or otherwise).
He said he didn’t talk to her even while they were living together. He says they never fought, he only kept asking her when she was leaving.
He said she was always on the computer, and would hide what she was looking at when he’d go by the room. Bubba said she was probably looking at how she could legally carry this out, Angle didn’t say anything.
He said that in the protection order, she claimed he yelled at her and said something similar to what another celebrity / wrestler (he was trying to be careful with not identifying this person, so he first said wrestler, then celebrity) said about his ex-wife. Bubba asked him if it was what Hogan said to Rolling Stone about ‘understanding why O.J. could do what he did,’ and Angle said he couldn’t answer that.
He said about a week before this past weekend, while she was out of town, he talked to police about what he could do to get her out of the house and was told there was very little he could do.
He said, on Friday night, she wanted to talk, he said he wanted to go to bed. She asked him at 1130 or so that night to borrow his car to go to the store, he allowed her to. He thinks at that time she went to the police and got the order.
Then, Saturday morning, at 630 am, four police cars (including the officer he talked to the week before) came to his house, told him about the order, and told him to leave.
He says he left around 715, and video surveillance from his gated community shows her following his car out.
He says he went to go check in at a hotel which was in a different law enforcement jurisdiction, and circled the hotel parking lot (not the Starbucks’ lot) while talking on his phone to TNA officials, his attorney and agent about what had happened. He says he then pulled into the Starbucks, which was close to the hotel. It was at that time (about 730) that police (from the different jurisdiction than the one his home is in) arrested him. He says the officers didn’t believe him when he said he had just left his house.
He says the HGH they found was “buried deep” in an “old bag” he had grabbed and was two 2 year old vials that he didn’t know were in there. He says they were prescribed for the neck injury and he could be tested right now and he’d test clean.
He says the DUI from last year was never expunged from his record, so he has three separate court hearings (getting the DUI expunged, the violation of the protection order, and the HGH possession).
He says his lawyer will be in court today to try to get Angle back in his house.
He called the whole thing an embarrassment to himself, his family and TNA.
He says she got him “when things were going good,” citing his fourth movie and the recent magazine cover he did.
He says he didn’t talk publicly on this before because his attorney was on vacation and he thinks TNA wanted to “keep it under the rug” since he and she both work there. He thinks he probably wouldn’t have even gotten TNA’s permission to do the interview with Bubba. He also said he’d probably hire a publicist once this all clears up.
